This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Identify, qualify, and secure opportunities within the Computer Science and Engineering departments at small colleges and universities across the USA.
• Engage in outreach efforts to both potential and existing customers through live calls, emails, voicemails, and virtual meetings.
• Document and monitor all activities using the CRM system (Salesforce).
• Achieve or surpass territory sales targets biannually.
• Work in tandem with the Inside Sales/Market Development team to formulate strategic, actionable plans aimed at increasing market share.
• BA / BS Degree or an equivalent qualification.
• A strong sense of teamwork and the capability to collaborate effectively with peers.
• Proven proficiency in active listening and building strong relationships during phone interactions.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
• A solutions-oriented problem solver who is adaptable and strategic.
• Excellent organizational and planning capabilities.
• Familiarity with business application software: Google Suite, Microsoft Suite, CRM (Salesforce.com preferred), Zoom, etc.
• Prior inside sales or account management experience is preferred.
