Inside Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Regional Account Managers to deliver outstanding customer support.

• Quickly and accurately prepare and manage customer quotations.

• Engage directly with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and guarantee an exceptional customer experience.

• Proactively reach out to customers who have not made recent purchases to re-establish business relationships.

• Recognize opportunities to expand smaller accounts through cross-selling and upselling strategies.

• Follow up on pending quotes and sales opportunities.

• Coordinate with purchasing, operations, and vendor partners to ensure effective order execution.

• Keep precise customer records and track opportunities using Salesforce.

• Acquire knowledge of Alliance's product portfolio to provide consultative sales support.

• Assist Alliance Corporation, a North American distributor of wireless networking, in-building signal coverage, and cellular infrastructure products and solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years in inside sales, customer service, or sales support experience (preferably in the distribution or technology sector).

• Strong skills in communication and relationship-building.

• Excellent organizational skills and time management capabilities.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Self-motivated with a commitment to assisting customers and growing business.

• Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce is preferred).

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Candidates must be based in the EST time zone.
