This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Assist Territory Sales Managers in maintaining and enhancing general account portfolios.
• Establish and nurture client relationships to guarantee long-term business success and customer satisfaction.
• Deliver thorough post-sales support and proactively resolve client issues.
• Engage in regular phone outreach to advocate for Hygiena products and solutions.
• Focus on inactive or declining accounts to regain lost sales momentum.
• Collaborate with Territory Sales Managers and utilize Sales Operations data to pinpoint account health risks.
• Execute retention strategies aimed at minimizing customer churn.
• Identify and qualify high-potential leads through cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement.
• Oversee the routing of inbound inquiries according to established assignment rules.
• Identify, cleanse, and enter new contact information into the CRM system.
• Produce sales reports, analyze performance metrics, and keep management updated on sales activities, forecasts, and outcomes.
• Initiate communication with prospects, evaluate their needs, and inform them about products and services.
• Formulate formal sales plans and strategies to penetrate new markets and enhance territory market share and profitability.
• Manage and refresh sales pipelines, monitor lead and prospect interactions, and pursue opportunities diligently.
• Ensure and safeguard data quality.
• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of sales processes and procedures.
• Bachelor's degree in Microbiology, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in sales, ideally in a B2B or B2C setting (2 years of experience preferred).
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluency in French is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities with a history of achieving or surpassing sales targets.
• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
• Outstanding attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Results-oriented mindset with a commitment to outstanding customer service.
