Inside Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Perform outbound prospecting through various channels including phone, email, LinkedIn, text, and more to engage targeted accounts and decision-makers.

• Schedule qualified appointments and create sales-ready opportunities for senior sales team members.

• Follow up on leads generated from inbound inquiries and marketing efforts while maintaining a strong focus on outbound initiatives.

• Acquire knowledge of Premier NX’s service pillars, target sectors, buyer challenges, and positioning to effectively communicate with prospects.

• Conduct initial discovery conversations to identify business needs and align them with Premier NX solutions.

• Keep precise records of outreach, activities, and pipeline in CRM and sales engagement tools.

• Collaborate closely with sales leadership and mentors to enhance messaging, handle objections, qualify leads, and follow up effectively.

• Gradually take on the management of smaller opportunities directly and work towards full-cycle sales responsibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in B2B business development, sales development, inside sales, or a comparable prospecting role.

• Demonstrated success in outbound prospecting and cold outreach within the US, UK, or Canadian markets.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, particularly with mid-level and senior decision-makers.

• Capability to work independently, effectively manage time, and sustain momentum in a target-oriented environment.

• Willingness to learn about a complex service offering and translate that knowledge into relevant business discussions.

• Familiarity with CRM and outbound tools such as Zoho, HubSpot, Outplay, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
