This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Achieve sales targets by selling inventory generated by the fleet advisor team while collaboratively managing our quarterly GTV objectives and enhancing the post-lead funnel process.
• Enhance Sales Velocity - Minimize the duration from lead acquisition to sale, focusing on Customer Satisfaction to ensure seamless machine sales for buyers, with a target NPS of over 8 after three months.
• Ensure Price Realization - Maintain final sales prices above reserve levels, targeting a price greater than 1.5 times the Liquidation Value.
• Voice of Customer - Gather and relay product and service feedback to product teams to foster ongoing improvement.
• Systems Development - This role involves creating systems and processes for the inside sales team.
• Inside Sales Expertise - Proficient in negotiation, possessing strong two-way communication skills, exhibiting high natural optimism, and maintaining good CRM system practices. A track record of exceeding sales quotas is essential.
• Technologically Proficient - An enthusiastic user of tech tools who can effectively communicate how their CRM enhances their sales processes and outreach efforts.
• Industry Knowledge - Familiarity with machinery and the industry is advantageous, although this can be developed over time.
• Partners, Not Traders - Must advocate for the customer experience, demonstrating high integrity and the desire to become a genuine business partner for clients.
• Ownership of Experience - Should take personal responsibility for customer experience challenges and team performance, focusing on statements like “we succeeded because” and “I failed because.”
• Hands-On Attitude - Willing to tackle any task for the customer, ready to lead as well as contribute actively.
• Growth-Oriented Mindset - A keen interest in enhancing performance and a strong drive to exceed expectations. Experience in a startup environment is a plus, alongside a proven history of success and a strong desire to win.
