This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee a range of assigned inbound and outbound consumer leads to promote business on behalf of the organization.
• Reach out to new leads to present estimates and finalize sales on services, with performance metrics based on the ability to secure sales.
• Organize the scheduling of initiated projects with new clients and local markets for installation.
• Manage workload using appropriate technology platforms, including HubSpot, Service Titan, DialPad, and Excel.
• Communicate thoughtfully, purposefully, and with precise information to ensure a positive experience for clients.
• Address all communications with a strong sense of urgency, effectively balancing phone calls, emails, and chat messages.
• Work effectively to achieve both team and personal objectives.
• Execute additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• At least 1 year of experience in telemarketing and/or inside sales.
• Familiarity with HubSpot and Service Titan is preferred, though not mandatory.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt and navigate various software systems efficiently.
• Capability to acquire and maintain necessary industry certifications.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Background in administrative and clerical procedures.
