
Inside Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.
β’ You will oversee the complete sales process, starting from initial contact with pre-qualified leads through tailored consultations to the final closing.
β’ You will evaluate the customer's circumstances, pinpoint their needs, and collaboratively create an appropriate proposal with our planning team.
β’ You will present that proposal and assist the customer throughout the contract signing process.
β’ Cold calling is not part of our approach. All leads are already acquainted with the brand and proactively reach out to us.
β’ A strong drive, motivation, and ambition.
β’ Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively, both over the phone and in person.
β’ A basic understanding of technical concepts.
β’ Proficiency in the German language.
β’ Experience in sales is advantageous but not mandatory. We specifically welcome career changers.
β’ An unlimited commission structure with no cap on earnings.
