This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Execute outbound outreach initiatives to healthcare providers via phone, email, and digital engagement platforms to advocate for Nomi Pay solutions.
• Inform physician offices, hospitals, and healthcare organizations about the advantages of electronic payments, including ACH/EFT enrollment and streamlined reimbursement processes.
• Develop robust relationships with providers while pinpointing opportunities to enhance enrollment and payment adoption.
• Oversee and follow up on both inbound and outbound leads to foster provider conversion and engagement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership, payer partners, and marketing teams to optimize provider growth strategies.
• Keep precise records of activities and pipeline status within internal systems.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience while adhering to company standards and privacy regulations.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales, outbound sales, business development, provider relations, or customer engagement.
• Preferred experience in healthcare, healthcare technology, fintech, payments, revenue cycle management, or SaaS settings.
• Demonstrated capability to cultivate relationships, handle objections, and promote customer adoption in a high-volume outreach setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities with the confidence to engage healthcare professionals effectively.
• Self-driven, goal-focused, and adept at thriving in a dynamic sales environment.
• Experience with lead follow-up, pipeline management, or CRM systems is advantageous.
• BA/BS degree is preferred but not mandatory.
