This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Generate new business by making outbound calls, sending emails, and following up on leads.
• Handle incoming inquiries and convert prospects into customers.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and wellness brands.
• Educate customers about hemp-derived products, including CBD, cannabinoids, and various formulations.
• Clarify product specifications, including Certificates of Analysis (COAs), potency, sourcing, and compliance.
• Keep precise records in CRM systems.
• Achieve or surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to enhance campaigns and promotions.
• Stay informed about industry regulations and trends related to hemp and cannabinoids.
• Assist with order processing, pricing, and providing product recommendations.
• 1–3 years of experience in inside sales or B2B sales.
• Experience in the hemp, cannabis, nutraceuticals, or wellness industry is preferred.
• A solid understanding of cannabinoids (CBD, THC, CBG, etc.) is advantageous.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing regulatory environment.
• Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Self-driven with a strong results-oriented approach.
