This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Implement structured outbound campaigns and handle inbound inquiries to ensure a steady contact cadence with assigned accounts; achieve or surpass activity-based KPIs for calls, emails, and touchpoints.
• Keep precise records of opportunity stages, activities, and closing dates in the CRM; deliver weekly pipeline updates and monthly forecasts along with mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate order execution by verifying product availability, lead times, shipping needs, and necessary documentation; collaborate closely with customer service, scheduling, and operations teams.
• Conduct virtual customer interactions (calls, video meetings, email campaigns) to establish rapport, identify needs, and foster repeat business.
• Identify, prioritize, and reconnect with lapsed and dormant accounts through focused win-back initiatives; gain insights into account churn reasons and propose solutions that align with current Lignetics programming and pricing.
• Assist regional chain programs by coordinating promotional planning and ensuring follow-through on customer commitments.
• Increase revenue in the heating and bedding category within the existing account base by suggesting suitable products, managing replenishment schedules, and capturing seasonal demand.
• Analyze sales and customer data in preparation for regular account reviews, identify gaps and opportunities, and recommend optimal next steps.
• Build trust-based relationships with customers and internal stakeholders by offering responsive communication, clear expectations, and prompt issue resolution.
• Gather and report essential market and customer feedback (pricing, competitive activity, product requests) to inform commercial and marketing strategies.
• Collaborate effectively with the broader sales team to support account strategies, promotional execution, and the achievement of revenue and margin goals.
• Address and resolve customer issues and complaints by liaising with internal teams and keeping customers updated until resolution.
• Assist with contract, pricing, and program administration by preparing customer documentation, tracking renewal dates, and coordinating approvals according to internal policies.
• A minimum of two years’ experience in inside sales, customer service, account support, or a related commercial role (B2B experience preferred).
• Excellent phone, email, and virtual communication skills with a professional customer demeanor.
• Capability to assess customer needs, recommend appropriate solutions, and negotiate within established pricing and program guidelines.
• Strong organizational skills to handle multiple opportunities, follow-ups, and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Proficient in CRM and Microsoft Office applications; ability to maintain accurate records of accounts and pipeline documentation.
• Basic knowledge of the fuel pellet industry (or a quick learning ability) and awareness of relevant market and seasonal demand trends.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for training, trade events, or significant customer meetings as required.
• An associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
