📋 Description

• Managing incoming calls and warm leads

• Advising customers on their insurance requirements

• Identifying appropriate coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred 2-3 years of sales experience

• Required 2 years of sales/service-related work experience

• Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills essential for closing sales

• Ability to effectively communicate with both prospects and customers

• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational abilities

• Proficient typing skills and PC knowledge

• Property and Casualty Insurance License (Training will be provided if you do not currently possess a license)
