Inside Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +28 more states.

📋 Description

• Manage inbound calls and engage with warm leads.

• Advise customers on their insurance requirements.

• Align customers with the most suitable coverages, products, and benefits.

• Transform sales leads into policyholders.

• Uphold the Liberty Mutual brand image.

• Link customers with appropriate insurance products and services.

• Complete paid training and secure necessary licensing.

• Work four weekdays and one weekend day based on assigned shift preferences.

• Ensure a suitable work-at-home environment and meet internet specifications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of sales or service-related experience is essential.

• Preferred 2–3 years of sales experience.

• Exceptional interpersonal and persuasive skills for closing sales.

• Effective communication abilities with prospects and customers.

• Strong analytical, decision-making, and organizational capabilities.

• Proficient typing skills and computer literacy.

• Property and Casualty Insurance license must be obtained post-hire.

• Must reside in one of the designated eligible U.S. locations.

• Availability to work four weekdays and one weekend day is required.

• Compliance with work-at-home prerequisites: professional workspace, dedicated desk, and wired high-speed internet.

• Minimum internet requirements of 100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload.

• Satellite and mobile internet services are not permitted.
