This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +28 more states.

📋 Description

• Manage incoming calls and engage with warm leads.

• Advise customers on their insurance requirements.

• Align customers with suitable coverages, products, and benefits.

• Transform sales leads into policyholders.

• Uphold the Liberty Mutual brand representation.

• Connect clients with products tailored to their specific needs.

• Deliver customer-oriented sales service.

• Follow a schedule that includes four weekdays and one weekend day.

• Undergo paid remote training and obtain necessary licensing.

• Ensure a compliant work-from-home environment and internet setup.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or service-related roles is required.

• 2–3 years of sales experience is preferred.

• Property and Casualty Insurance license must be obtained after hire.

• Excellent interpersonal and persuasion skills are essential.

• Capability to communicate effectively with prospects and customers.

• Strong analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills are necessary.

• Proficient typing abilities.

• Competence in using a PC.

• Availability to work four weekdays and one weekend day is required.

• A professional workspace with a dedicated desk is mandatory.

• High-speed wired internet (cable, fiber, or DSL) is necessary.

• Minimum internet speed of 100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload is required.

• Satellite and mobile internet services are not supported.
