Inside Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +28 more states.

📋 Description

• Manage incoming calls and engage with warm leads

• Provide consultations to customers regarding their insurance requirements

• Align customers with suitable coverages, products, and benefits

• Transform sales leads into policyholders

• Represent the Liberty brand and connect customers with appropriate products

• Offer customer-centric insurance products and services

• Complete paid training and obtain insurance licensing

• Follow a work schedule comprising four weekdays and one weekend day

• Ensure a professional home workspace with a required high-speed wired internet connection

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or service-related roles is required

• 2–3 years of sales experience is preferred

• Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills to successfully close sales

• Capable of effective communication with prospects and customers

• Exceptional analytical, decision-making, and organizational abilities

• Proficient typing skills and familiarity with PCs

• A Property and Casualty Insurance license must be obtained after hiring

• Applicants must live in one of the designated eligible U.S. states

• Availability to work four weekdays and one weekend day is essential

• Must maintain a professional workspace or room with a dedicated desk

• Wired cable, fiber, or DSL internet with a minimum of 100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload speeds is required

• Satellite and mobile internet services are not acceptable
