Inside Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +28 more states.

📋 Description

• Manage incoming calls and engage with warm leads.

• Consult with clients regarding their insurance requirements.

• Align customers with suitable coverages, products, and benefits.

• Transform sales leads into policyholders.

• Represent the Liberty brand while connecting clients with the right products.

• Deliver customer-focused service and finalize sales.

• Maintain a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day.

• Complete paid training and obtain insurance licensing in a remote working environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years in a sales/service-related role is required.

• 2–3 years of sales experience is preferred.

• Strong interpersonal and persuasion abilities are essential for closing sales.

• Ability to communicate effectively with prospects and customers.

• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills are necessary.

• Proficient typing skills and comfort with PC operations are required.

• A Property and Casualty Insurance license must be obtained after hiring.

• Candidates must reside in one of the specified eligible U.S. locations.

• Availability for 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day is mandatory.

• A professional workspace with a dedicated desk is required.

• High-speed internet with wired cable, fiber, or DSL is necessary.

• Minimum internet speeds of 100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload are required.

• Satellite and mobile internet services are not supported.
