Inside Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +28 more states.

📋 Description

• Manage incoming calls and engage with warm leads

• Advise customers on their insurance requirements

• Align customers with suitable coverages, products, and advantages

• Transform sales leads into policyholders

• Embody the Liberty Mutual brand

• Link customers with products tailored to their specific needs

• Deliver customer-centric insurance products and services

• Complete paid training and obtain licensing

• Follow a schedule of four weekdays and one weekend day

• Sustain a compliant, professional work-at-home environment and internet connection

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales/service-related roles required

• Preferred 2–3 years of sales experience

• Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills for closing sales

• Effective communication abilities with prospects and customers

• Outstanding analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills

• Proficient typing skills

• Competence in PC usage

• Property and Casualty Insurance license must be obtained after hiring

• Licensed individuals must reside in ID, MT, WY, GA, TN, AL, OK, KS, or KY

• Applicants must live within the designated eligible U.S. locations

• Must be available to work four weekdays and one weekend day

• Capacity to work assigned shifts in Eastern Standard Time

• Professional workspace with a dedicated desk

• Wired high-speed internet with a minimum of 100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload

• Satellite and mobile internet services are not supported
