Inside Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +34 more states.

📋 Description

• Manage incoming calls and engage with warm leads

• Advise customers regarding their insurance requirements

• Align customers with the right coverage, products, and benefits

• Transform sales leads into policyholders

• Represent the Liberty brand while connecting customers to suitable products

• Deliver customer-oriented insurance products and services

• Adhere to a schedule that includes 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day

• Successfully complete paid training and licensing over 16 weeks for licensed hires or 18 weeks for unlicensed hires

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales/service-related roles is required

• 2–3 years of preferred sales experience

• Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills necessary for closing sales

• Proficient communication skills for interacting with prospects and customers

• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational abilities

• Strong typing skills and proficiency in PC usage

• A Property and Casualty Insurance license must be obtained after hire

• Applicants must reside in designated eligible U.S. locations

• Availability for 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day is required

• Must select from specified EST shift options

• A professional workspace or room with a dedicated desk is necessary

• Wired high-speed internet with minimum speeds of 100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload is required

• Satellite and mobile internet services are not accepted
