Inside Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +34 more states.

📋 Description

• Manage incoming calls and engage with warm leads.

• Provide consultation to customers regarding their insurance requirements.

• Pair customers with the right coverages, products, and benefits.

• Transform sales leads into policyholders.

• Uphold and represent the Liberty Mutual brand.

• Connect clients with appropriate insurance products and services.

• Complete the paid training and licensing program.

• Work with incoming warm leads without making cold calls.

• Adhere to the required standards of the work-at-home department.

• Adjust to various work environments, schedules, and the needs of policyholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales/service-related roles is required.

• Preferably 2–3 years of sales experience.

• Exceptional interpersonal and persuasion skills are essential to close sales.

• Proficient communication skills for effective interaction with both prospects and customers.

• Strong analytical, decision-making, and organizational abilities.

• Good typing skills and proficiency in using a PC.

• A Property and Casualty Insurance license must be obtained after hiring.

• Candidates must reside in one of the designated eligible locations.

• Availability to work 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day is necessary.

• A professional workspace with a dedicated desk is required.

• A wired high-speed internet connection with at least 100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload speeds is mandatory.

• Satellite and mobile internet services are not acceptable.
