Inside Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +8 more states.

📋 Description

• Handle incoming calls from potential customers looking for personal line auto, home, motorcycle, and specialty insurance policies.

• Provide customers with information regarding policy specifics, coverage options, and pricing.

• Generate and finalize insurance quotes through Jerry.ai's network of over 55 carrier partners.

• Address challenges and manage objections to facilitate the purchasing process.

• Keep engaging, high-energy conversations while identifying insurance policies that match each customer's requirements.

• Transform customer interest from Jerry.ai's mobile and web applications into confirmed policies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a high-achieving sales agent.

• Capability to multitask and handle several competing priorities effectively.

• Strong desire to assist others.

• Proficient in responding to incoming calls from potential customers for personal line auto, home, motorcycle, and specialty insurance policies.

• Skilled in educating customers on the specifics of insurance policies, including coverage and pricing.

• Experienced in preparing and binding quotes through various carriers.

• Excellent problem-solving and objection-handling abilities.

• Candidates must currently reside in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia.

• Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S.

• A P&C license is required within two weeks of starting, and the company will cover the costs.
