This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Lead, mentor, and cultivate a team of Regional and Enterprise Inside Sales Representatives.
• Meet and surpass sales objectives, pipeline metrics, and performance benchmarks.
• Implement account-based sales strategies for both regional and enterprise clients.
• Collaborate with Regional and Enterprise Sales Managers to synchronize inside and field sales strategies and account plans.
• Oversee and manage the health of the team’s pipeline throughout all phases of the sales cycle.
• Evaluate sales performance data and deliver actionable insights.
• Conduct coaching sessions, performance evaluations, and skill enhancement initiatives.
• Assist in the hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members.
• Promote accountability, teamwork, and ongoing improvement.
• Work together with Revenue Operations, Marketing, Customer Experience, Product, and Finance teams.
• Provide strategic feedback from the field for product development, marketing initiatives, and go-to-market strategies.
• Propel revenue growth, broaden strategic accounts, and enhance customer relationships across North America.
• Ensure consistent execution of account-based selling and maximize account penetration and performance.
• Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven business acumen.
• Ability to scale account-based selling strategies effectively.
• Familiarity with sales quotas, productivity metrics, and forecasting methodologies.
• Solid business and financial understanding.
• Capability to interpret customer needs and market dynamics.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to diagnose performance issues and implement effective solutions.
• Ability to work collaboratively across various functions.
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on accountability, execution, and ongoing improvement.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in sales and account management.
• At least 2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
• Prior experience using a CRM, such as Salesforce.com, is preferred.
• Must be available to work during U.S. Central Time business hours.
• Must reside in a state where the company is authorized to conduct business and employ personnel.
• A satisfactory background check is required.
