Inside Sales Associate – Insurance Tech Startup

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +8 more states.

📋 Description

• Assist customers in managing their car and home insurance needs.

• Provide exceptional service by identifying coverage gaps, eligible discounts, and renewal issues.

• Respond to incoming calls from customers seeking auto, home, motorcycle, and various other policies.

• Manage requests for changes from policyholders.

• Acquire knowledge of the insurance product offerings and the Jerry app.

• Troubleshoot obstacles to securing the appropriate coverage.

• Process service requests related to vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documentation.

• Offer product insights and contribute to product enhancement.

• Assess during the interview whether the position leans towards sales or service.

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is advantageous, though not mandatory.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities.

• Strong communication skills.

• Full-time hourly employees must currently reside in AZ, FL, GA, NV, NY, NC, TN, TX, UT, or VA.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

• Must indicate whether visa sponsorship will be required.

• P&C insurance license status is requested; the company offers to cover costs for obtaining the license if necessary.
