This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Drive sales and enhance revenue by engaging with both existing and prospective clients.
• Perform research on potential clients and handle incoming inquiries effectively.
• Establish and uphold a robust sales pipeline through lead qualification and relationship nurturing.
• Collaborate across departments and interact with clients via phone, email, and video conferencing.
• Project and maintain precise records using Salesforce and ERP systems.
• Achieve and surpass key performance indicators (KPIs) while securing new sales opportunities.
• Provide customer service assistance and coverage as required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience.
• 2-5 years of experience working directly with customers and internal teams to meet objectives.
• Over 2 years of customer service experience, ideally in converter/printing, manufacturing, or raw material sectors.
• General understanding of relevant products and industry knowledge.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and follow-up abilities.
• Self-motivated individual eager to drive sales and manage the inside sales process.
• Strong teamwork skills with other departments, including marketing, customer service, technical service, and outside sales.
• Dedicated to understanding Flexcon’s products and the business needs of customers in their markets.
