This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Providing guidance to business owners on how to secure new employees or contracts through our services.
• Independently arranging meetings through cold outreach as well as responding to warm inbound leads.
• Assessing prospective clients for consultations with our specialists.
• Engaging in team meetings and managing minor administrative duties.
• Clear and comprehensible German pronunciation combined with an enthusiastic telephone demeanor.
• A strong eagerness to learn, a desire to excel, and a dedication to ongoing personal and professional growth.
• Some sales experience, ideally ranging from 1 to 3 years in telephone cold calling.
• Preferably, experience in sales within an agency or in a coaching/consulting setting.
• Your educational qualifications are of secondary importance; what truly matters is your prior sales experience and motivation to further develop at Flatland Marketing.
• Above-average compensation featuring an attractive base salary along with a high-performing commission structure.
• Minimum: 15 booked settings = €3,000.
• Realistic: 30 booked settings = €4,000.
• High performer: 45+ booked settings = €5,000–€6,500.
