This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.
• Engages with both new and existing clients to promote business opportunities.
• Addresses client inquiries related to allied services.
• Keeps the client database and job profiles current and accurate.
• Negotiates rates for contracts.
• Reassigns providers based on mutual agreement between the provider and client.
• Aids in the formulation of marketing strategies.
• Negotiates and ensures the execution of contracts.
• Facilitates interviews between clients and providers.
• Clearly conveys client needs and requirements to Recruiters and Provider Representatives.
• Maintains regular communication with clients to ensure that both the provider and CompHealth are fulfilling client needs and proactively addressing any issues or concerns.
• Records job specifics in the FOX system.
• Keeps a log of all client communications in FOX.
• Achieves all activity and production targets established by management.
• Ensures the completion of Quality Improvement information.
• At least one year of experience in the direct sales of professional products or services.
• Proven ability to influence mid to high-level decision-makers in the contracting of professional business services or products.
• Preferred educational background at the college level or equivalent work experience.
• Experience within the healthcare industry.
• Background in selling professional services.
