
Inside Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to facilitate new business initiatives, renewals, and expansion opportunities.
• Prepare, oversee, and deliver precise quotes for hardware, software, subscriptions, and services.
• Assist with managing opportunities, tracking deals, and maintaining sales documentation within CRM systems.
• Provide support for deal registration, pricing approvals, and vendor programs as needed.
• Engage with technology vendors (e.g., Cisco, HPE, Dell, Lenovo, Microsoft, etc.) to gather pricing, availability, and product details.
• Identify appropriate product alternatives for items that are discontinued or in short supply.
• Monitor lead times and supply chain challenges, communicating updates to sales teams and customers.
• Professionally communicate with customers via email and phone regarding quotes, renewals, licensing, and order statuses.
• Coordinate with Operations, Finance, and Sales Operations to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience as an Inside Sales Representative (ISR) or a successful background in technology support.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Capacity to work collaboratively within a sales team environment.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic setting.
• Proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) and Microsoft Office applications.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Business or a technology-related field is preferred.
• Experience with major technology vendors and distributors.
• Knowledge of deal registration, licensing, and subscription-based sales models.
• Capability to interpret quotes, part numbers, SKUs, and pricing structures.
