This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.
• Remote sales of the ADC portfolio, including the preparation and implementation of new technologies.
• Execution of sales and marketing strategies to meet established sales objectives.
• Acquisition of new clients for the ADC product range, maintaining regular customer contact in line with defined goals.
• Timely reporting within the CRM system.
• Accurate and timely completion of all administrative tasks, including participation in team meetings, conference calls, email correspondence, and documentation within the CRM system.
• Expense reporting and active communication with management and team members.
• Conducting sales analyses, identifying sales potential, and classifying customers.
• Planning, organizing, and delivering device training sessions for patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals.
• Implementation of country-specific sales projects while adhering to project deadlines.
• Gathering competitor intelligence from the market.
• Offering services and information to target customers in alignment with marketing and sales strategies.
• Completed secondary education or equivalent professional experience.
• Fluent in German and proficient in English; knowledge of French is a plus.
• Experience in telesales or as a sales representative.
• Proven participation in certified sales training.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Several years of hands-on experience in sales and/or telesales.
• Strong understanding of customer needs.
• Excellent communication skills.
