
Inside Sales Representative – Appointment Setter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Adhere to our established routines and procedures
• Acquire knowledge and implement our scripts
• Handle inbound calls and initiate outbound calls for appointment bookings and scheduling
• Maintain a consistent standard of exceptional customer service
• Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written
• At least 1–2 years of experience in sales (B2C experience is preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to follow scripts and manage inbound/outbound calls
• Solid background in customer service with an emphasis on quality and consistency
• Capacity to operate independently in a dynamic, remote setting
• Dependable high-speed internet connection required
• Must have a functioning laptop/PC and a noise-cancelling headset
• Possess a positive attitude, robust work ethic, and a collaborative mindset
• Goal-driven with the capability to achieve or surpass performance objectives
