
Inside Sales Representative – 12 Month Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Accountable for driving the sales process to create new sales opportunities or upsell through phone, email, or other electronic communication.
• Manage responses to customer orders and quotation inquiries for all account levels received from outside sales personnel, as well as through telephone, email, written, and fax correspondence.
• Identify new sales opportunities through outbound calling and emailing efforts.
• Facilitate the sales process by managing projects, tracking open sales orders, resolving issues, and providing overall customer service and support.
• Achieve profitable growth by meeting quota targets.
• Determine product pricing by consulting the pricing matrix and other resources to establish the correct price.
• Create code directives for specific products while ensuring target margin goals are met.
• Perform estimating, take-off, and proposal tasks as required.
• High School Diploma or GED is strongly preferred.
• Specialized skills training or certification may be necessary.
• Typically, 2-5 years of experience in the relevant field is required.
