This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Promote and enhance Pest Management Services and Products to potential customers and existing clients.
• Oversee expectations for incoming daily sales inquiries.
• Achieve a closing rate of 60% or higher.
• Implement the Inside Sales 6 Step Sales Methodology.
• Follow up on all Proposed/Proposed/Open Orders diligently.
• Conduct outbound and SMS marketing campaigns as required.
• Streamline call and email activities to optimize customer interaction time.
• 1-3 years of successful experience in a rapidly expanding professional sales organization.
• 1-3 years of experience in a Call Center environment.
• Established track record of driving sales results and meeting objectives.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Experience in effectively collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic setting.
