
Inside Sales Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Conduct initial screening and evaluation for a substantial number of new brand leads
• Support Account Executives in crafting basic RFP responses and preparing sales materials
• Manage the administrative setup and execution of affiliate campaigns
• Track campaign performance metrics and produce regular reports for internal stakeholders
• Provide administrative support to affiliate sales team members
• Keep accurate records in Salesforce and Asana
• 1–2 years of experience in Sales Operations, Inside Sales, or Digital Marketing
• Experience in Affiliate Marketing or the technology sector is a notable advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data sorting, basic formulas) and experience with AI in workflows is essential
• Familiarity with Salesforce or affiliate networks (Impact, CJ, Rakuten) is preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
