Inside Sales – Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Primary contact (m/f/d) for our clients in the Inside Sales department

• Daily customer management and after-sales assistance

• Preparation and proactive follow-up on quotes, along with order processing

• Coordination with manufacturers on projects, including technical pre-qualification in collaboration with our PreSales team

• Support for our sales team in all customer-related activities

• Aid in the preparation of sales documentation

• Basic marketing initiatives to assist our agency

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training — preferably in a commercial/business area

• Experience in inside sales is a plus

• Interest in current technological trends and a keen passion for sales

• Customer- and service-oriented approach

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

• High degree of commitment and adaptability

• Independent and diligent work ethic
