This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Are you passionate about making calls, motivating individuals, and closing sales? If so, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

• As an Inside Sales Manager / Telesales (m/f/d), you will serve as our primary contact for partner companies.

• In this position, you will concentrate solely on B2B sales and attract new partners to align with StudySmarter's vision.

• Your goal is to deliver genuine value to our partner companies while consistently surpassing your own sales KPIs.

• Cold calling & advising: You will reach out to new B2B leads daily and spark interest in our offerings.

• B2B focus: Your task is to engage corporate clients for our job board and advertising solutions.

• Deal closing: You will conduct sales conversations with a targeted and results-oriented approach.

• Pipeline & CRM management: You will meticulously manage leads and ensure professional follow-up.

• Feedback & optimization: You will provide insights into customer needs to enhance campaigns and our B2B products.


⛳️ Requirements

• Enjoyment of phone work: You thrive on making calls, meeting new people, and actively selling.

• Communication skills: You are articulate, persuasive, and exude a positive presence over the phone.

• Sales drive & goal orientation: You aim not only to meet but to surpass your targets.

• Sales experience: Ideally, you have 1–3 years of experience in call centers, telephone sales, promotions, or B2B sales. Motivated career changers with talent are especially encouraged to apply!

• Empathy & understanding of target groups: You can quickly empathize with the decision-makers in companies.

• Resilience: A “no” inspires you to perform even better.

• Language skills: You possess native-level German and proficient English skills.
