Inside Sales Manager, Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create project takeoffs and develop detailed job scopes based on drawings and specifications.

• Gather quotes for special vendor pricing on buy-out items.

• Work collaboratively across sales teams and internal departments, including estimating, pricing, and project management, to improve sales efforts and guarantee customer satisfaction.

• Quickly respond to all client and prospective client inquiries, providing accurate and valuable information.

• Prepare and submit bids to customers upon request, ensuring precision and thoroughness.

• Develop presentation materials for customer meetings, including schedules, sketches, and product data as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Technical Associate's Degree in Construction or Engineering-related fields.

• Familiarity with MBS, AutoCAD, Tekla, and Blue Beam.

• At least 2 years of experience in Pre-Engineered Metal Building, Construction, or a related construction domain.

• Strong skills in interpreting Architectural and Structural Drawings.

• Excellent communication and listening skills, capable of building rapport over the phone, quickly establishing credibility, and effectively presenting the value proposition.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Proven ability for critical thinking and problem-solving.

• Keen attention to detail and a strong commitment to meeting strict project deadlines.

• Ability to remain calm and effective in challenging and high-pressure environments.
