This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Lead & Coach: Oversee a team of Client Acquisition Specialists by identifying their individual strengths and creating tailored development plans to achieve conversion targets.

• Design & Deliver Training: Develop and conduct workshops, role-plays, and one-on-one coaching sessions that emphasize active listening, trauma-informed communication, and building confidence.

• Call Shadowing & Feedback: Regularly monitor live calls and review recordings to offer personalized, actionable feedback that enhances both emotional engagement and commercial outcomes.

• Master the Sales Cycle: Create impactful modules for premium B2C sales, focusing on value-based selling, objection handling, and effective "soft closing" methods.

• Optimize the Script: Refine communication guidelines and scripts to maintain authenticity, ethics, and effectiveness across various markets.

• Onboarding: Develop a structured onboarding and certification program for new hires to facilitate a swift and motivating ramp-up period.

• Metric Tracking: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to promote growth while ensuring every client interaction upholds our high boutique experience standards.


⛳️ Requirements

• You possess a minimum of 10 years of experience along with a proven history in high-ticket B2C sales, preferably in luxury retail, wellness, beauty, or high-end hospitality.

• You have at least 5 years of experience in managing and leading teams, ideally in a sales-focused environment or a role centered on performance and KPI achievement.

• You are a natural coach with a strong, motivating presence, capable of recognizing subtle behavioral patterns and enhancing team performance through thoughtful and empowering feedback.

• You are highly metrics-driven, with a profound passion for sales, conversion rates, and KPIs, holding yourself and your team accountable to elevated performance standards.

• You excel in designing and delivering impactful training programs that simplify complex psychological concepts into practical sales tools.

• You exhibit exceptional listening skills and are adept at guiding a team through sensitive or vulnerable client discussions with professionalism.

• You are versatile and thrive in a dynamic environment, comfortable managing a hybrid team comprising both on-site and remote members.
