This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Management of inbound leads
• Respond to all inquiries generated from paid marketing within the specified SLA.
• Address inquiries received through:
• Google Ads
• Meta Campaigns
• Website Forms
• Landing Pages
• Webinars
• Phone Calls
• Referral Campaigns
• Ensure every lead is followed up promptly and accurately recorded in the CRM.
• Qualification of Parents & Students
• Assess inquiries from:
• Parents
• Students
• Individual Learners
• Working Professionals (when applicable to the program)
• Gain an understanding of:
• Student's grade/course
• Curriculum (CBSE, ICSE, IB, Cambridge, State Board, etc.)
• Subject or program interest
• Academic goals
• Preferred learning mode (Online/Offline)
• Budget
• Purchase timeline
• Recommend appropriate IME products or programs based on the learner's needs.
• Coordination of Counselling & CRM Management
• Schedule qualified counseling sessions with the Counsellor or Enrolments Team.
• Confirm appointments and ensure high attendance rates.
• Maintain precise CRM records, lead status, follow-up schedules, and interaction notes.
• Follow up on inquiries generated from webinars, websites, and campaigns to maximize lead-to-enrollment conversion.
• Ensure 100% CRM accuracy and timely reporting.
• 2–5 years of experience in:
• Student Admissions
• Student Enrollments
• Inbound Sales
• Education Counselling
• EdTech Sales
• Inside Sales
• Must possess experience managing paid marketing-generated inbound leads from Parents and Students aimed at driving enrollments into educational programs, EdTech solutions, coaching, online learning, certification, or higher education offerings.
• Post Graduate/Graduate preferred
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi.
• Strong skills in telephone-based counselling and lead qualification.
• CRM experience (Zoho CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot, LeadSquared, or similar).
• Ability to manage 80–100+ inbound inquiries/calls per day.
• Excellent discipline in follow-up and strong time management skills.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience handling student inquiries from:
• Mumbai
