This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri, +2 more states.
• Supervise the daily activities of the Inside Sales Team focused on small equipment sales for DEXIS.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Pre-Sales, Territory Sales Managers, and Digital Solution Specialists to enhance equipment sales through outreach initiatives.
• Establish processes that promote team efficiency.
• Monitor key performance indicators through daily oversight to meet sales goals and implement corrective measures.
• Oversee employee performance by setting goals, conducting evaluations, coaching, and planning for development.
• Take ownership of team achievements related to revenue, bookings, pipeline generation, lead conversion, and activity targets.
• Work collaboratively to identify, qualify, nurture, and close equipment leads alongside the outside sales team.
• Eliminate barriers and enhance skills to boost sales effectiveness.
• Facilitate call coaching, deal assessments, pipeline evaluations, and performance feedback sessions.
• Manage change and foster a culture of engaged, empowered employees.
• Develop standardized CRM processes for managing leads, activities, and forecasting outcomes.
• Examine funnel performance, conversion metrics, and sales productivity trends to spot opportunities and implement corrective actions.
• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• A minimum of 4 years in a Sales Leadership position; experience in dental or healthcare is highly preferred.
• Experience managing quota-carrying inside sales representatives in a fast-paced outbound sales environment.
• Capability to inspire and lead the team through transformational changes.
• Proven ability to coach and develop high-performance sales teams.
• Strong history of achieving sales results through a team of direct reports.
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to modify tactics as needed to succeed in the marketplace.
• Familiarity with CRM, ERP, and eCommerce systems.
• Willingness to travel up to approximately 10% annually.
• At least 2 years of B2B Sales Management experience, preferably with capital equipment.
• Documented success in driving sales results.
• Experience in building new teams and establishing standard processes.
• Proven capability to own, lead, and execute new sales strategies that yield results with minimal supervision.
• Established history of developing innovative solutions to address challenges.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to operate in a matrix environment.
• Comfortable communicating effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Proven experience in delivering customer-focused solutions both independently and within a team setting.
• Proficient in various CRM platforms and the MS Office Suite.
