Inside Sales Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and cultivate a team of account executives to meet and surpass individual and collective sales targets.

• Conduct regular coaching sessions and provide continuous training to ensure the team is well-versed in Vyne Dental’s product offerings and value proposition.

• Develop and implement a data-driven sales strategy to achieve quarterly and annual revenue objectives.

• Analyze sales metrics to uncover opportunities for optimizing the sales process, enhancing win rates, and reducing sales cycle duration.

• Establish clear performance expectations and objectives for each team member; hold them accountable for metrics such as quota attainment, deal conversion rates, and pipeline health.

• Ensure consistent adherence to Vyne Dental’s sales methodologies, encompassing prospecting, lead qualification, product demonstrations, and deal closures.

• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to strengthen cross-functional alignment and bolster the overall sales strategy.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, ideally within the dental or healthcare sector.

• Over 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the dental, healthcare, or technology industries.

• Demonstrated success in a sales leadership position, with a history of meeting or exceeding revenue goals.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, capable of inspiring and leading a team.

• Proficient in sales tools such as CRM systems and sales engagement platforms.

• Highly analytical with a data-driven mindset for decision-making.

• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to new challenges and opportunities.

• Willingness to travel as necessary to meet with clients and participate in industry events.
