Inside Sales Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Produce project takeoffs and create detailed job scopes based on specifications and drawings.

• Gather quotes for special vendor pricing on purchased items.

• Work collaboratively with sales teams and internal departments (such as estimating, pricing, and project management) to strengthen sales initiatives and guarantee customer satisfaction.

• Quickly respond to all client and potential client inquiries, providing accurate and valuable information.

• Create and submit bids to customers as requested, ensuring thorough accuracy and completeness.

• Prepare presentation materials for customer meetings, including schedules, sketches, and necessary product data information.

⛳️ Requirements

• Technical Associate's Degree in Construction or Engineering-related disciplines.

• Familiarity with MBS, AutoCAD, Tekla, and Blue Beam.

• At least 2 years of experience in Pre-Engineered Metal Building, Construction, or a related construction sector.

• Skilled in interpreting Architectural and Structural Drawings.

• Excellent communication and listening skills, capable of building rapport over the phone, quickly establishing credibility, and effectively conveying the value proposition.

• Superior verbal and written communication skills.

• Proven ability in critical thinking and problem-solving.

• Strong attention to detail and a firm commitment to adhering to strict project deadlines.

• Ability to remain calm and effective in challenging and high-pressure situations.
