This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will be responsible for converting inbound leads into paying customers and generating revenue in the Dutch market.
• You take ownership of your pipeline and actively drive towards achieving results.
• You qualify inbound leads and convert them into customers through phone and digital channels.
• You guide prospects from the initial contact to their first successful order.
• You manage your own sales funnel in Salesforce, maintaining continuous insight into the status of your deals.
• You work with targets in mind and actively optimize your conversion rates and revenue.
• You identify new opportunities for lead generation through networking, events, and other channels.
• You utilize KPIs, dashboards, and reports to analyze and enhance your performance.
• You actively contribute to the further development and optimization of sales processes.
• You have initial experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, or a similar commercial role.
• You possess a clear commercial drive and derive energy from achieving targets and closing deals.
• You work in a structured manner and know how to prioritize within a dynamic sales environment.
• You are comfortable working with CRM systems like Salesforce or are willing to learn quickly.
• You think analytically and use data to continuously improve your results.
• You are fluent in Dutch and proficient in English; German is a plus but not a requirement.
• A high degree of freedom and direct impact in a growing market.
