This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• We are seeking a skilled, data-oriented Inside Sales Manager capable of managing high volume, navigating complexity, and delivering exceptional results.
• You will ensure a lead to call turnaround time of under 60 minutes.
• Utilize consultative selling techniques to qualify and nurture leads for a portfolio of 10 products, solutions, and services.
• Conduct discovery calls.
• Arrange demonstrations.
• Ensure attendance at meetings and work collaboratively with marketing and lead sales managers to meet ambitious conversion and revenue objectives.
• A minimum of 5-8 years of B2B sales experience in the Education sector, particularly with International Education Solution providers.
• Demonstrated experience in selling to institutions, resellers, distributors, and entrepreneurs.
• Experience in a startup environment.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Experience managing a high volume of inbound leads with stringent turnaround time expectations.
• At least 3 years of remote work experience in a similar sales role.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in closing online sales.
• Consistent record of achieving or surpassing monthly revenue and conversion goals.
• Excellent, persuasive, and confident communication skills in both calls and emails.
• Ability to effectively communicate value propositions during client meetings and demos.
• Skilled in building long-term client relationships, even in a high-volume setting.
• Comfortable with metrics, dashboards, and KPIs for performance measurement and sales forecasting.
• Proficient in Zoho CRM, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other relevant business tools.
• A strong team player, able to collaborate with the Marketing Team (for lead quality feedback) and the Lead Sales Manager (for post-demo follow-ups).
• Strong process orientation for managing no-shows, missed calls, and pending leads.
• Adaptable to changing strategies, tools, and goals in a fast-paced environment.
• Responsible for managing the entire pipeline and performance metrics.
• Comfortable with high call volumes, rejections, and the pressure to achieve results.
