This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Conduct interviews, hire, and oversee training for new inside sales associates.
• Establish and track quarterly sales objectives.
• Oversee key performance metrics such as close rates and customer repeat rates.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and mentor team members for improved performance.
• Implement performance improvement plans for underperforming staff.
• Address escalations as necessary.
• Exemplify strong work ethic and performance standards.
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience is mandatory.
• At least 2 years of experience in managing sales teams is preferred.
• Proficient in CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Freshsales.
• Familiarity with sales engagement tools like Reply.io or Outreach.io.
• Experience in SAAS/IT sales is a significant advantage.
• Strong focus on metrics and a data-driven approach.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
