This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Growth of current accounts (farming with a hunter mentality)
• Recognition of opportunities for expansion within the existing client base (use cases, requirements, timing)
• Proactive outreach and advisory services (remote/online), presenting a value proposition along with package/module strategies
• Upselling and cross-selling of software and services to generate new subscription revenue (new bookings)
• Conducting online meetings and achieving sales outcomes
• Planning, executing, and following up on qualified online customer meetings (for existing accounts)
• Managing conversations with a focus on closing: qualifying leads, identifying decision-makers, presenting proposals, and finalizing sales
• Managed through clear activity KPIs (e.g., averaging at least 20 online meetings per week at top tier)
• Enhancing sales efficiency and conversion rates
• Driving orders (expansions) during or following online meetings
• Emphasizing success rates (orders per online meeting) and continuous improvement
• Daily maintenance of CRM: documenting call reports, activities, outcomes, and pipeline status
• Close collaboration with Field Sales, Customer Success, Operations, and Marketing (handoffs, campaigns, execution)
• Offering structured feedback on market/customer insights (objections, competitive analysis, product feedback)
• Multiple years of experience in B2B inside sales, telesales, or account expansion (focusing on existing accounts)
• Demonstrated success in upselling, cross-selling, and closing (full deal ownership)
• Excellent remote communication skills: assessing needs, articulating value, handling objections, and closing sales
• KPI-driven approach: focusing on output, conversion rates, and pipeline management — comfortable working with numbers in daily operations
