This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Strategic oversight and proactive execution of sales initiatives.

• Engaging in a proactive conversational style.

• Focused on generating new sales opportunities in a results-driven manner.

• Collaborating closely with Regional Sales in a cooperative approach.

• Developing accounts and proactively reaching out to new customers via telephone.

• Conducting targeted discussions with solution-oriented arguments.

• Maintaining, documenting, and ensuring high data and process quality in the CRM system consistently.

• Preparing and conducting customer conversations in a structured manner.

• Qualifying leads independently and scheduling sales appointments.

• Strategically managing, creating, and diligently following up on quotes, sales projects, and opportunities.

• Working closely with Regional Sales and assisting in the enhancement of sales processes.


⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience in telephone-based customer communication.

• Strong orientation towards closing deals.

• Excellent active listening skills.

• Targeted approach to conversations.

• Completed vocational training in commerce or business.

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in inside sales or sales support.

• Preferably experienced in a B2B context.

• Capable of analytical thinking.

• Quick to grasp new concepts.

• Possesses assertiveness.

• Structured and independent working style.

• Highly self-motivated and well-organized.

• Proficient in using CRM systems and office software.

• Fluent in German, both written and spoken.
