This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.
• Management, analysis, and follow-up of CRM leads.
• Oversight, analysis, and follow-up of quarterly results for the Partner Program.
• Coordination of distributor events: creation and follow-up of promotions, participant list verification, gathering event feedback, and implementing improvements to boost sales and leads.
• Qualification, tracking of leads, and follow-up with participants for Ajax events.
• Development of an incentive program for Key Accounts in alignment with the sales growth strategy.
• Conducting outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell the company's offerings.
• Addressing incoming sales inquiries and following up on leads generated through various sales channels.
• Building and nurturing customer relationships, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions.
• Maintaining accurate and current records of customer interactions and sales activities within the company's CRM system.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer journey and resolving any arising issues.
• Providing regular performance and progress updates to management.
• Managing and maintaining a comprehensive database of all sales data, including orders, payments, forecasts, and performance metrics, as well as BDMs' call cycles.
• Supporting the sales team in all facets of the sales process, from lead generation to qualification and follow-up.
• Preparing proposals and various sales-related documents.
• Coordinating demonstrations and presentations for sales events.
• Achieving or surpassing monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Demonstrated experience in inside sales, ideally within a B2B context.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in both English and Greek.
• A goal-oriented attitude with a strong drive for achieving targets.
• Ability to cultivate rapport and forge long-lasting customer relationships.
• Proficient in CRM software and the MS Office Suite.
