Inside Sales Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 12–15 Inside Sales Representatives tasked with meeting both individual and collective revenue objectives.

• Oversee a regional business portfolio, managing approximately $50M in annual sales responsibility.

• Propel sales execution through opportunity coaching, strategic deal support, accurate forecasting, and effective pipeline management.

• Recruit, onboard, and train new team members to ensure quick productivity and seamless integration into the organization.

• Conduct regular performance evaluations, coaching sessions, and development planning to enhance individual and team performance.

• Collaborate with field sales, service sales, marketing, and commercial leadership to pinpoint growth opportunities and enhance customer coverage.

• Track key sales metrics, productivity indicators, and market trends to guarantee the achievement of revenue and profitability targets.

• Establish and reinforce best practices, sales methodologies, and operational processes that enhance customer experience and drive business outcomes.

• Cultivate a culture of accountability, teamwork, continuous learning, and customer-focused selling.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree, or an equivalent university degree, along with directly relevant experience as a manager, supervisor, and/or individual contributor.

• Proven experience in managing substantial revenue responsibilities while consistently delivering accurate forecasts.

• Capability to balance strategic planning with everyday sales execution.

• Strong skills in cross-functional collaboration, communication, and leadership during change initiatives.

• Demonstrated success in leading quota-bearing sales teams within a complex B2B environment is an advantage.

• Previous experience in coaching and talent development, with a proven record of enhancing sales performance, is highly desirable.
