This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Prospecting: Identifying high-potential partners and initiating contact through qualified cold calling to consistently feed the pipeline.
• Product demonstration: Conducting personalized demos to showcase the product's value and commercial offering based on the partner's needs.
• Negotiation and closing: Strategically managing objections, negotiating terms, and finalizing contracts.
• Partner onboarding: Overseeing the operational start of collaborations and coordinating the transition to the Customer Success team.
• Performance tracking: Continuously analyzing personal KPIs to monitor results and ensure the achievement of objectives.
• Coaching and team development: Actively participating in workshops and co-development sessions to enhance sales techniques and team strategy.
• At least 1 year of experience in commercial development, prospecting, or B2B sales.
• Exceptional phone skills, persuasive abilities, and a knack for quickly building trust.
• Results-oriented with a strong motivation to exceed targets.
• Excellent command of Spanish, both spoken and written (English is a plus).
• A curious, meticulous, and organized individual with a solid understanding of business dynamics.
