This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Lead consultative sales with inbound leads (clients who have already shown interest in the platform), deeply understanding each business's needs and guiding the process to closure;
• Manage and monitor leads within the sales funnel, comprehending their needs and tracking performance;
• Conduct demonstrations and follow up on proposals;
• Support the Marketing and Product teams by gathering feedback from potential customers and seeking alternatives to enhance conversion rates;
• Engage with potential clients through our communication channels (WhatsApp, email, chat, among others) and perform follow-ups to convert them;
• Collaborate with the team to achieve the company's sales and revenue targets;
• Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Investigative and curious mindset for problem-solving;
• Empathy to understand and guide clients;
• Strong organizational and time management skills;
• Experience in sales;
• Ability to work well in a team and be flexible to changes within the role;
• Experience with SaaS (a plus);
• Previous experience in the construction industry (preferred).
