This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Customer Engagement: Reach out to current clients via telephone to nurture relationships, share product updates, and discover opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
• Lead Generation: Investigate and identify potential new B2B clients using company-sanctioned resources.
• Campaign Follow-Up: Analyze email marketing initiatives and follow up with customers who engage with the content, as well as those who have not responded.
• CRM Management: Oversee the CRM system for customer categories (regular, at-risk, inactive, or lost customers) and prioritize outreach efforts accordingly.
• Offer Presentation: Present customer-focused offers, such as pallet optimization (adding extra items at no additional shipping cost).
• Consultative Approach: Engage in needs-based discussions with customers, concentrating on their business objectives rather than merely pushing for sales.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales team and participate in weekly check-ins for coaching and ongoing improvement.
• Record Keeping: Keep detailed records of all customer interactions and ensure accurate documentation in the CRM.
• 1–2+ years of experience in B2B sales, inside sales, account management, or customer success.
• Strong communication skills: articulate, professional, and assured when conversing with business owners over the phone.
• Experience with CRM tools (preferred).
• Capability to conduct consultative conversations and develop long-term business relationships.
• Comfort with outbound calling.
• Self-driven, organized, and able to work independently while also contributing to a team environment.
