Inside Sales Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Assist in managing the sales team pipeline by monitoring and engaging with leads, opportunities, and sales progress.

• Support the sales team in developing customer proposals for Precor products.

• Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, delivering prompt and precise information about products and services.

• Keep accurate and current records of customer contacts and account details.

• Employ CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track sales activities, facilitating accurate KPI reporting.

• Help coordinate the processing of customer orders in collaboration with the Order Management and Install Coordination teams, according to their specific roles.

• Collaborate with various cross-functional departments, such as logistics, finance, and production, to ensure customer needs are met and sales operations are efficient.

• Strengthen existing and new customer relationships by actively participating in discussions aimed at improving processes to enhance the customer experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in sales, customer service, or a relevant support position.

• Must be at ease with customer-facing communication through phone and email.

• Excellent organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively, while maintaining clear and proactive communication with all stakeholders.

• Detail-oriented with a customer-centric mindset and dedication to providing high-quality service.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively while managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Direct experience supporting an outside sales team and/or experience in the fitness industry is strongly preferred.

• Proficient in CRM software (preferably Salesforce), Microsoft Office Suite, and data analysis tools.

• Bachelor’s Degree with a focus on Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
