This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Assist Account Executives throughout the pre-sale and post-sale phases, which includes developing proposals, entering orders, tracking campaigns, and generating reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams (traffic, production, digital, promotions) to guarantee seamless execution of campaigns across radio, digital, podcast, social media, and event platforms.
• Create sales materials, including presentations, recaps, and documents for clients, utilizing tools such as PowerPoint, Salesforce, and internal systems.
• Track campaign performance and help gather data for client reporting and contract renewals.
• Oversee deadlines and deliverables to ensure all client expectations are fulfilled or surpassed.
• Act as a communication bridge between sales, programming, and operations to maintain alignment.
• Support billing and reconciliation processes to ensure accuracy and timely processing.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel and PowerPoint); experience with Salesforce is advantageous.
• Capability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
